Civilian (Non Sworn) Person Of The Year

Like their counterparts, the Civilian of the Year is nominated by members of the association. Later and by an independent panel, a selection is made and the recipient of the award is presented at the annual Christmas Party. The Civilians, or as referred to as some as non-sworn, are generally the people behind the scenes that make everything come together. Each person's responsibility is related to an officer in some form or fashion, whether it be one of them taking a report, entering a record into the system, or being a dispatcher and acting as the officers life line. All positions are vital to the department as well as the officer. The below listed people went above and beyond their typical duties and responsibilities and others noticed. They were eventually chosen as the Civilian of the Year.
